INFORMATION ON THE CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

According to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that our company will process personal data provided to us by client.

We hereby inform that the administrator of personal data in the scope indicated in the content of this document is Filipowski i Wspólnicy Spółka komandytowa [limited partnership] with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Tylne Chwaliszewo 25, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the DISTRICT COURT IN POZNAŃ – NEW TOWN AND WILDA IN POZNAŃ, VIII ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under No.: 0000783580, Polish Statistical No. REGON: 383181269, Polish Tax ID No. NIP: 7831801025 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

Your personal data will be processed:

based on Article. 6 clause 1 letters b) and c) of GDPR in order to:
a) take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject or perform the contract to which the data subject is a party;
b) fulfilment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
based on Article. 6 clause 1 letter f) of GDPR – for purposes resulting from the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, i.e.:
a) pursuing or securing claims;
b) conducting quality analyses and statistics on the services provided and products made;
c) archiving documents, including files related to business contact.
The recipient of your personal data is the Administrator, his authorized employees and associates, as well as entities dealing with IT services, accounting services and partners in the field of legal assistance, as well as employees and associates of such entities.

Please be advised that you have the right to request the Administrator to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to its processing, and request data transfer. In the case of data processing based on consent, such consent may be withdrawn by you at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).

The period for which personal data will be stored:

personal data processed in order to conclude or perform a contract or fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligation will be kept for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator and in relation to him, and will also be stored for the period necessary to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
personal data processed for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator will be processed until an objection thereto is raised, personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection or another supervisory authority (introduced in its place) when, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling [automated decision making] and will not be transferred to third countries.
